We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, the product must be returned with the original device, remote, cables, accessories, and packaging when possible. Items damaged by misuse, water damage, physical abuse, or unauthorized modification may not qualify.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we made an error with the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable.

Defective Items
