SuperBoxUSA ships orders from our USA-based warehouse.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within [1–2 business days]. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text when available.

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order ships to the wrong address due to customer error, we may not be able to refund or replace the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier first. We will help where possible, but SuperBoxUSA is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We may refuse or cancel orders to locations we cannot reliably ship to.
